Paul Marsden, Director of Development
Paul Marsden is the Director of Development at Gaia Technology and has a wide range of experience in consultancy, programming, development and design.

Paul has worked in a variety of subject areas including GIS and Remote Sensing, the Human Genome Project at the Sanger Institute (Cambridge) and a wide variety of Internet Development areas.

Paul is an alumni of Downing College, Cambridge and is currently a member of St. Catharine's College, Cambridge.

Dr Wayne Davies, Senior Consultant
Dr Davies is the Senior Consultant at Gaia Technology advising on all aspects of content and theory, especially in the scientific and medical fields.

Wayne spent 8 years at Kings College, Cambridge with a degree in Medicine (specialising in Pathology) and a PhD in Biochemistry and Genetics. Subsequent research in Australia resulted in the gaining of experience in the field of molecular evolution, especially of ABC transporters and colour visual systems.

Wayne possesses a substantial portfolio of scientific articles published in reputable international journals.
